CHICAGO, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rounding out a powerful executive team, Amble Resorts welcomes Nathalie d'Amman as Director of Resort Operations, bringing acclaimed hospitality experience to the up-and-coming eco-resort development company.

D'Amman's resume includes 14 years in the hospitality industry, and reads like an all-star line-up of hotel brands, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Ritz Carlton, Relais & Chateaux, and Hyatt Regency. Her international experience includes work in Spain, Switzerland, Mexico, the Maldives, and the Caribbean. This impressive pedigree makes her a valuable addition to Amble's executive team, as they set out to design a unique adventure hotel brand that will be in a league of its own.

But d'Amman's experience isn't just corporate. She's also logged years in the trenches. "My experiences working on-site involved in the day-to-day hotel operations are invaluable for knowing how the resort experience works best," says d'Amman. D'Amman joins a close-knit team of principled executives led by Amble founder and President Benjamin Loomis. D'Amman takes Amble's resort operations in hand just as the company transitions from the planning stages to the anticipated opening of the Inn at Isla Palenque, a private island resort in Panama's pristine Gulf of Chiriqui. The 6-bedroom inn will be the first step in the resort's master plan, and will allow visitors their first chance to experience Isla Palenque's incomparable beach and jungle setting.

Loomis believes a strong in-house team it is the only way to create an innovative experience. With the recent acquisition of the 80-acre southern tip of the island known as Long Caye on Lighthouse Reef atoll in Belize, Amble is hard at work conceptualizing their second resort project.
