Amegy Corporate Trust Opens Dallas Office

DALLAS, March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Mary Jane Henson has been named team lead for Amegy Corporate Trust's new Dallas office.

Amegy Corporate Trust acts as a trustee, paying agent, registrar and escrow agent for bond issues. As many trust providers are outsourcing operations, centralizing processes, reducing staff and closing offices, Amegy Corporate Trust is increasing its resources in order to strengthen relationships with its broad spectrum of clients.

Henson has 30 years of broad experience in corporate trust and escrow and custody services. She is a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist and a graduate of the School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Henson is a member of Texas Women in Public Finance, the Institute of Certified Bankers, the Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies, the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas and the Asian Chamber of Commerce.

Joining the Dallas office are Erin Fitzpatrick and Deirdre Steven.

Fitzpatrick has extensive experience handling bond transactions for cities, counties, hospitals, school districts, utility districts, community college districts and universities. She is a native Texan and earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Methodist University. Fitzpatrick is a member of Women in Public Finance and the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas.

Steven has 15 years of corporate trust experience and works with large municipal issuers including higher education, oil and gas, single/multi-family, hospitals and continuing care facilities. She is a graduate of Texas Christian University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Steven is a member of Women in Public Finance and the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas.
