American Packaging Corporation Celebrates Two ESG Milestones

These milestones underscore APC's Corporate Responsibility commitment, demonstrating APC is a trusted partner to our customers, employees, communities, and our world environment. For EcoVadis, APC scored in the top 25%, representing a level of achievement equal to/or higher than 75% of all submissions in all industries. For CDP, by disclosing our environmental impact data each year for five years in a row, APC is demonstrating its commitment to continual monitoring and improvement. These achievements motivate us to work together to continuously improve, embrace our responsibilities, and optimize our practices in a responsible manner."

EcoVadis is a globally recognized assessment platform that rates businesses' sustainability based on four key categories: environmental impact, labor and human rights standards, ethics, and sustainable procurement practices. The EcoVadis Bronze Medal shines a spotlight on American Packaging's focus on responsible business practices and achievements, as well as positions APC as a leader in sustainable excellence. 

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts. Annually since 2018, APC voluntarily disclosed data to the CDP, driving transparency and accountability to lessening APC's environmental impact. Companies are scored on their climate change disclosure, and high scores indicate good internal data management and understanding of climate change related issues affecting the company.
