Casper Adson, Chief Executive Officer of American Tungsten & Antimony said, "This is a major milestone for us and a tangible demonstration of the potential strategic value of our proposed acquisition of the Del Sol plant. A mine-to-metal pathway for critical minerals on US soil is a key focus for the US and represents an important step toward our vision for a Critical Mineral Valley that brings US mining processing and downstream capabilities together in one integrated platform."
American Tungsten & Antimony (https://www.ataa.com) is advancing critical mineral development in Tier-1 US jurisdictions with the strategic vision to become a vertically integrated, conflict-free supplier to Western economies. The company's flagship Antimony Canyon Project in Utah is one of the country's largest and highest-grade undeveloped antimony systems, historically mined but never subjected to modern exploration. The Tennessee Mountain Tungsten Project in Nevada and the Dutch Mountain Project in Utah further strengthen the company's critical minerals position, adding scale and diversification.
