CULVER CITY, Calif., June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sony Pictures Home Entertainment announced today the launch of an enhanced mobile version of the classic game show "Jeopardy!," on select carriers.
"Jeopardy!" mobile contestants will feel like they are being quizzed by Alex Trebek, with true-to-life game play, personalized avatars and enhanced music from the show. The game also includes a variety of new features such as a pass-n-play multiplayer option, the ability to compete for trophies and a newly-created leader board.
The "Jeopardy!" mobile game is available on Java, Brew, Blackberry and Windows Mobile handsets from select carriers starting today from $2.49 - $9.99. Prices, platforms and release dates vary by carrier.
"Jeopardy!," the winner of 28 Emmy awards since its debut in 1984, was inducted into the Guinness Book of World Records for the most awards won by a TV Game Show.
