Ammunition Depot Celebrates Ninth Circuit Victory - Awaiting Final Court Mandate

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has ruled in favor of Ammunition Depot and its co-plaintiffs, striking down California's restrictive 2016 ammunition law that required in-person background checks for every ammunition purchase.

While this is a historic milestone, it is unclear whether California's restrictions remain in place for the time being. Ammunition Depot will provide updates as soon as that is known.

The legal team at Michel & Associates and Clement & Murphy successfully argued that the law violated the rights of California's 40 million residents.
