Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP Admits Four to the Partnership, Promotes Two to Director and Makes Other Key Additions to the Firm
NEW YORK, Dec. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP is pleased to announce the additions of Michael Greenfield, CPA; Zurab Moshashvili, CPA; Keith Peterka, CPA; and Daniel Shea, CPA; to the partnership as of October 1, 2018.
In addition to the new partners, Michael Brennan, CPA, and Paul Gregory have been promoted to Director.
Also, Anchin has added Tom Brignati, CPA (Director) and Lisa Tomlinson (Marketing Director) to its team.

Michael Greenfield, CPA – Partner
Michael Greenfield, CPA, is a partner and member of Anchin's Consumer Products Group. In his 17 years of experience, Michael has worked extensively with retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and service companies. His clients range from rapidly-developing companies to well-established businesses, and he focuses on assisting them with mergers and acquisitions, and securing financing.
Zurab Moshashvili, CPA – Partner
Zurab Moshashvili, CPA, is a partner and member of Anchin's Real Estate Group. He has more than 10 years of public, private and multinational experience. He has served clients with varying specialties, including senior living, equity and mortgage REITs, hospitality, private equity and opportunity funds, affordable housing 80/20 projects, and owners and operators of commercial and residential real estate.
Keith Peterka, CPA – Partner
Keith Peterka, CPA, is a partner in Anchin's Technical Review Department. He has more than 25 years of public accounting experience in both audit and quality control. Keith's practice at Anchin focuses on quality control, financial reporting, work paper reviews and complex accounting issues. Prior to joining Anchin, Keith served on the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Inspections Division in New.
Daniel Shea, CPA - Partner
Dan Shea, CPA, is a partner in Anchin's Technical Review Department. He has more than 15 years of public accounting experience, specializing in quality control, financial reporting and work paper reviews. In addition to traditional responsibilities, Dan plays a role in the employee interviewing and education process, conducting in-house interviews and serving as an instructor for continuing education seminars.
Michael Brennan, CPA – Director
Michael Brennan, CPA, is a tax director at Anchin as well as a member of the Firm's Technology Industry Group; Compensation and Benefits Services Group; and Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry Group. Michael has more than 12 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to a wide array of clients including high net worth individuals, corporations and partnerships, in addition to advising clients on all forms of equity compensation and deferred compensation plans. His clients include companies that range from early stage start up all the way to well-established multi-national companies doing business in multiple states and countries. In addition to client responsibilities, Michael is also a frequent speaker at external and internal events covering many areas of tax.
Paul Gregory - Director
Paul Gregory is a tax director with more than 20 years of experience in public accounting at Anchin. Paul has a broad range of experience in tax planning and compliance, and has extensive knowledge in the taxation of mergers and acquisitions for clients across industries. As a key member of the Services Industry Group, he specializes in developing the most efficient taxation practices for law firms, partnerships, corporations, high net worth individuals and multi-state organizations. Paul is also involved with Anchin's recruiting and Anchin University, the firm's internal CPE programming.
Tom Brignati, CPA, JD, LLM – Director
Tom Brignati is a director in Anchin's Private Client Group and Business Management Service Group. Tom has over 20 years of experience advising high net worth individuals and their families, specializing in handling financial transactions from routine bill paying through implementing estate and charitable giving plans, as well as other tax and accounting strategies. Prior to joining Anchin, Tom served as the CFO for two family offices and was a managing director of an investment advisory firm.
Lisa Tomlinson, MBA – Director
Lisa Tomlinson is the director of Anchin's Marketing and Business Development Team. She joins the team with more than 20 years of experience in integrated marketing, business development and client relationship management, communications and program management. Prior to joining Anchin, Lisa served as a Global Senior Business Development Manager at White & Case LLP.
