Andre Bailey joins the Pioneer Realty Capital management team

ARLINGTON, Texas, Aug. 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- We are proud to announce that Mr. Andre Bailey has joined Pioneer Realty Capital as Managing Director responsible for managing the commercial mortgage loan origination team.  With 15 years in the commercial real estate lending business, Andre has funded over $1 billion in commercial real estate loans. His career has placed him with many prominent national banks and brokerages including, GE Capital, Cohen Financial, and Zions Bank National Real Estate.  Andre has expertise in placing debt through conventional banks, private institutions, CMBS securitizations, insurance/pension funds and SBA. He holds a BS in International Finance and Global Leadership from W.P. Carey School of Global Business from Arizona State University.
