The implementation of the Quality Payment Program (QPP) through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to conform with the Medicare Access and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) legislation has created considerable confusion in the healthcare marketplace.  The complexities of the QPP and the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) have generated countless articles and partial solutions to answer this simple question, "What do I have to do for MACRA?"
