Announcement: Change in the Management Board of itelligence AG in July 2016

Herbert Vogel, 62, the founder of itelligence AG, the most successful SAP partner for SMEs, and the company's CEO since 2001, is to retire in July 2016. The long-standing CFO of itelligence AG, Norbert Rotter, 48, will take over from him as CEO of the company on July 1, 2016.

Starting from July 1, Norbert Rotter will take on the role of CEO at itelligence AG. Norbert Rotter has been a member of the Management Board of itelligence AG since January 1, 2008. As CFO, his responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, particularly the successful international expansion of itelligence AG. As a graduate in business administration, he began his career at the international audit firm KPMG Deutsche Treuhandgesellschaft AG in 1995. Norbert Rotter is married and has three children.
