Another Keyrenter Door Opens in The Woodlands, Texas As Prop 1 Goes to Vote

HOUSTON, Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- With the help of local realtor, Rhonda Patterson, Keyrenter is proud to announce the opening of its newest franchise, Keyrenter The Woodlands, Texas.

As Keyrenter's newest franchise owner and operator passes out flyers, Rhonda reminds voters to "Vote YES on Proposition 1." For those who don't know, Prop 1 is designed to "lessen the tax burden of homeowners by permanently banning the home sales tax or real estate transfer tax," according to the Texans for Prop 1.

When asked if she planned to open her Keyrenter business on Election Day, Rhonda replies, "not in the beginning but it's definitely fitting that things worked out that way."

Rhonda has been helping investors build their real estate portfolio for years. She says she's excited to help people manage their rentals and maximize their investments.
