HOUSTON, Nov. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- With the help of local realtor, Rhonda Patterson, Keyrenter is proud to announce the opening of its newest franchise, Keyrenter The Woodlands, Texas.

As Keyrenter's newest franchise owner and operator passes out flyers, Rhonda reminds voters to "Vote YES on Proposition 1." For those who don't know, Prop 1 is designed to "lessen the tax burden of homeowners by permanently banning the home sales tax or real estate transfer tax," according to the Texans for Prop 1.

When asked if she planned to open her Keyrenter business on Election Day, Rhonda replies, "not in the beginning but it's definitely fitting that things worked out that way."

Rhonda has been helping investors build their real estate portfolio for years. She says she's excited to help people manage their rentals and maximize their investments. "By adding property management to my list of real estate services, I can better serve my existing investor clients and help first-time home owners who are currently renting."

When asked why she chose Keyrenter, Rhonda replied, "as experienced brokers, rental property owners and landlords, there are few people who better understand property management. I think Keyrenter is the best business model out there, when it comes to managing residential property."

According to the owners of Keyrenter Franchise, most people think property management is a luxury. In reality, the opposite is true. Former do-it-yourself landlords who now utilize Keyrenter's property management services will agree that their rental income has increased and their stress level has decreased. CEO Aaron Marshall says, "Dealing with difficult tenants and maintenance issues can be costly and time consuming. It's our job to alleviate that pain."
