(ANSER), a public service research institute organized as a not-for-profit corporation, today announced it has acquired Virginia-based Domain X Technologies (DXT), LLC, a company that provides Program Management, DoD Acquisition, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, and Modeling & Simulation support to the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security and other federal agencies. Through this acquisition, represented by the law firm of Holland & Knight, ANSER gains additional analytic depth and breadth within existing business sectors.
DXT has a strong reputation throughout the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense industry as an extremely capable and results-focused company.
