Through the HireVue platform, Aon Hewitt works with clients to create online interview guides with scientifically validated questions, ensuring consistency and objectivity across all interviews. The candidate is asked to record responses to the questions via webcam. This "on demand" process gives recruiters the ability to watch, rate and share these interviews with hiring managers across geographies, increasing scheduling efficiencies.
