Apace unifies Daytona State College media broadcast, production, online training and content archive workflow via automated MAM storage platform and Adobe Creative Cloud

DSC achieved the goal to streamline their public broadcast and educational resource workgroups at WDSC-TV by leveraging the comprehensive workflow, storage and MAM offerings from Apace Systems. DSC has been successfully using this turnkey solution since, expanding the reach of its supported workflow to address different needs of its campus.

DSC TV classes are integrated into WDSC-TV broadcasts with student crewed live productions and broadcast flows all supported with Apace MAM/Storage. DSC has also built a "Stock Media" archive on the MAM that can be shared among the production and creative services staff, faculty and the TV students. Apace MAM offers a searchable repository of campus shots, events, graphics, and photos that can be incorporated into productions. DSC and WDSC-TV have also moved from recording studio productions from tape to now capturing it directly to the server so they can immediately utilize Adobe Premiere® Pro CC to edit content and post it to the web or broadcast server.
