Winning communities provide exceptional resident satisfaction and have a high likelihood of being recommended by residents to others, as determined by the ApartmentRatings.com review process. To be eligible for an award, communities must secure an overall "Recommend Score" of over 70%, must accumulate more than 10 reviews in total, and must have at least five reviews submitted in the current award year.
