BOSTON and WASHINGTON, March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Three accomplished appellate attorneys have come together to form Zimmer, Citron & Clarke, a boutique firm focused on providing sophisticated legal advocacy for plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation.

Founded by David Zimmer, Eric Citron,and Edwina Clarke, the firm brings together the attorneys' deep combined experience in appellate litigation before the United States Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeals. In addition to their tenure at larger firms, the founders have collectively clerked for ten members of the federal bench, including four justices of the U.S. Supreme Court, four federal court of appeals judges, and two federal district court judges.

David Zimmer previously spent eleven years at Goodwin Procter, where he was a partner and helped build the firm's Supreme Court and Appellate practice. He has argued or second-chaired seven merits cases at the U.S. Supreme Court and dozens of appeals in federal and state appellate courts. Recognized in Chambers USA's Nationwide Appellate Rankings and as one of Law360's Appellate Rising Stars, David also serves as a Lecturer at Harvard Law School, where he teaches the Federal Courts Clinic.

He has extensive experience in enforcement-side antitrust and competition appeals, having represented plaintiffs in several billion-dollar cases, including the Visa/Mastercard interchange fee litigation and appeals from financial-market manipulation scandals. Eric also teaches the Supreme Court Litigation clinic at Harvard Law School and serves as a managing director at TRGP Capital, a leading litigation finance fund.
