Applied Aerospace Joins Commercial Space Federation as Founding Member of Space Supply Chain Council

STOCKTON, Calif., June 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Applied Aerospace, a proven manufacturer of solutions for spacecraft, launch vehicles, aircraft, and ground systems announced today that it has joined the Commercial Space Federation (CSF) industry association, as part of a newly formed Space Supply Chain Council.

CSF is the voice of the commercial space industry in Washington, D.C., and advocates for policy, legislation, and regulations which promote growth, innovation, and competition. As a consensus-based industry association, CSF is a key resource for providing advice on commercial space issues and policy to Congress, the White House, and federal agencies.

Applied Aerospace is joining an organization with over 85 members from traditional space companies, new space innovators, and educational institutions. The Space Supply Chain Council (also known as S2C2) is the newest committee within the Commercial Space Federation which sets priorities, recommends policy positions, and provides updates on specific topics that impact the membership. The S2C2 joins six other industry councils on topics including launch and reentry, commercial low Earth orbit, space exploration, spaceports and infrastructure, remote sensing and analytics, and space situational awareness.
