WASHINGTON, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Aquent, the leading global staffing and outsourcing firm dedicated to marketing, creative, and digital professionals, announced today that it has been awarded a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) under the 951-M On-Site Services Umbrella Contract by the Government Printing Office (GPO). This contract allows Aquent to provide all federal government agencies easy access to experienced communication and design talent for services such as graphic and digital design, content management and writing, user experience, ePubs, infographics, data visualization, video, and webcast design and production.
The contract term is two years, with options for up to three 12-month extensions.
"We're honored to be a part of the GPO's On-Site program, and especially thrilled at the opportunity to help our nation's communications experts expand their capacity to reach an ever-broader audience with effective print, digital, and video content," said Lee Andrese, Vice-President of Aquent Federal Services.
"What's more," she added, "we could literally save the US government millions in design spend by letting people know about this contract."
The GPO Professional Services Contract offers government agencies speed, efficiency, and cost savings in accessing professional communications, outreach, and creative resources.
