A free one-day regional event will connect pastors and ministry leaders across the U.S. and Canada for relationships, leadership insights, and conversations focused on the local church.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala., Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Related Churches (ARC) will bring pastors and ministry leaders together across 19 locations in the U.S. and Canada on October 6 for ARC Gather 2026. Gather is a free event designed to build pastoral relationships, share leadership tips and advice, and strengthen the local church.
Built around the belief that leaders were never meant to do ministry alone, ARC Gather creates regional opportunities for pastors and ministry teams to connect with other leaders, exchange experiences, and gain useful tools and advice to help them serve their churches and communities and build a lasting legacy in ministry.
Gather events will be hosted by local churches across the country, including locations in Charleston, Richmond, Nashville, New York, Phoenix, Seattle, Houston, Indianapolis, Orlando, and other cities, as well as Calgary, Alberta.
Each location will have its own lineup of pastors and ministry leaders. At Seacoast Church in the Charleston area, speakers will include Josh Surratt, Lisa Surratt, ARC co-founder and Seacoast Church founding pastor Greg Surratt, Joel Delph, and Keenan Schriver.
In Richmond, attendees will hear from leaders including Josh Whitlow, Charlie Whitlow, Dale O'Shields, Jordan Durso, and Lee Domingue. The Clayton, North Carolina, gathering will include Matt Fry, Jeff Kapusta, Mayo Sowell, and Chris Hankins.
ARC Gather is open to leaders already connected with ARC as well as pastors and ministry leaders who are new to the organization. By hosting the event regionally, ARC builds on the local ARC pastor gatherings already happening in many areas. This makes it easier for leaders to build relationships with others serving churches nearby and connect with the wider ARC churches community.
Most locations will open their doors at 8:30 a.m., with the main session beginning at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided, and most events will conclude at approximately 1:00 p.m. Select locations will offer extended programming.
ARC Gather 2026 also comes as ARC celebrates 25 years of building the local church. Since its founding in 2000, the organization has helped launch more than 1,200 churches globally and continues to provide relationships, resources, and opportunities designed to support church planters and ministry leaders.
The October gathering follows ARC Conference 2026 in Charleston and carries forward the connection leaders experience at ARC's annual conference, bringing it closer to home through smaller regional events across North America.
