ARCADIS Acquires Top 25 Program and Project Management Firm in the U.S.

DENVER, Dec. 20, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the international design, consulting, engineering and management services company, today announced that it has acquired Rise International, L.L.C. (Rise), a Chicago based program and project management consulting firm that serves clients across a broad range of sectors. Rise, now a wholly-owned subsidiary of ARCADIS U.S., has more than 180 employees and gross revenues of approximately $40 million. Further financial details were not disclosed.
