In her new role, Ross joins the Executive Leadership Team reporting to Chief Executive Officer, Steven Stone, leading enterprise-wide value creation initiatives, strategic projects, and business transformation efforts.

Ross has been with ArchKey since 2006 and has 30 years of industry experience. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Construction Engineering and an MBA in Finance and IT. Her leadership has been pivotal in more than a dozen acquisitions and integrations across her career, positioning her as a cornerstone in ArchKey's continued growth.
