Argyle Data Appoints Former CEO of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services Mohan Gyani to Board of Directors

Mr. Gyani is a private investor and advisor at Primera Capital. His career includes serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of AT&T Wireless Mobility Services from 2000 to 2003, and as a senior advisor to AT&T Wireless through December 2004. From 1995 through 1999, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AirTouch Communications and, following the company's acquisition by Vodafone, as an executive director and head of strategy and M&A of Vodafone AirTouch until July 1999. Prior to AirTouch, Mr. Gyani spent 15 years with Pacific Telesis Group, Inc. Mr. Gyani currently serves as Vice Chairman of telco services company Mobileum, Inc. and is a member of the board of companies including Blackhawk Network Holdings, Inc., Digital Turbine, IDEA Cellular, and MUFG Union Bank, N.A. He has previously held board positions at Ruckus Wireless, Inc., Jasper Technologies, Mobile Telesystems, Keynote Systems, Inc., and retail giant Safeway, Inc.
