International litigator Gene Burd, who works out of Arnall Golden Gregory's Washington office, will moderate the discussion "Commercial disputes involving States and State actors: International and U.S. law perspectives on sovereign immunity and liability."

Glenn P. Hendrix, Arnall Golden Gregory's managing partner, will be one of the panelists.

Other scheduled distinguished guests at the International Legal Forum include U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder.

The Forum, organized by the Russian Ministry of Justice, addresses challenges such as improving cooperation between legal systems and aligning Russian legislation with international standards for protecting the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, including foreign investors. 

Attending judges, government representatives and private practitioners will meet in the eastern wing of the General Staff Building at the State Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
