ArtPrize Announces 2025 Pitch Night Series: $10,000 in Grants for Artists

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ArtPrize, in partnership with leading arts organizations nationwide, is excited to announce the return of Pitch Night—a dynamic, live event where bold artistic visions come to life. Held in five cities across the U.S., this electrifying competition gives artists the chance to present their most ambitious ideas for a chance to receive a grant to help fund their participation in ArtPrize 2025, taking place September 18 – October 4 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

2025 Pitch Night Cities & Dates

• April 3 – Louisville, KY (KMAC Contemporary Art Museum)
• April 10 – Phoenix, AZ (ArtWins)
• April 17 – Indianapolis, IN (Eiteljorg Museum)
• May 1 – Norman, OK (Firehouse Art Center)
• May 15 – New York City, NY (Satellite Collective)

Each Pitch Night will feature five selected artists, each given five minutes to present their idea to a live audience and a panel of five judges. After a brief Q&A, one winning artist per city will be awarded a $10,000 grant to bring their concept to life at ArtPrize 2025—one of the world's most dynamic cultural festivals, drawing nearly 800,000 visitors annually.
