TORONTO, Dec. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- With strong ties to the Canadian market, Michelle Farber Ross, Managing partner of MMD Realty, LLC, the real estate firm founded by Ross, Michael Wekerle (Difference Capital, TSX: DFC) and Dan Marino, legendary Hall of Fame Quarterback and CBS News Analyst has opened its doors to its Canadian Promotions and Marketing Office in the heart of the financial district on Bay Street.

After years of traveling to the GTA to deliver educational seminars on the ins and outs of South Florida Real Estate, Ross and her team have changed strategies. "The market has changed. The message over the last few years was to capture the distressed sales by way of short sales and foreclosures and there was a huge learning curve that needed to be overcome by Canadians with the processes.
