In addition, ASN partners with the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) to present the Gilbert A. Leveille, PhD Award and Lectureship. In 2014, IFT will host the Leveille Lecture at its Annual Meeting and Food Expo, June 21-24, New Orleans, LA. The recipient is John Erdman, PhD, ASN Fellow. Dr. Erdman is Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
