A.T. Kearney and Technomic Announce Global Restaurant Benchmarking Study

CHICAGO, May 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Technomic, Inc. and A.T. Kearney have joined forces to conduct a global restaurant chain benchmarking study, titled AERO: Achieving Excellence in Restaurant Operations.

The study is being launched in the ten largest foodservice markets around the world and will evaluate leading practices in four core areas of chain restaurant performance:

1. Business and strategic planning
2. Store operations
3. Facilities and cost management
4. Culture and change management
