ATF Offers $5,000 Reward for Information in Lake Saint Louis Electrical Sub-station Pipe Bomb Explosion
ST. LOUIS, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Joy Branch-Enderlin, Acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) today announced that ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the detonation of a pipe-bomb at the Lake St. Louis Electrical Cooperative Sub-station on Aug. 12.
ATF joined the Lake St. Louis Police Department, Missouri Department of Fire Safety, Lake St. Louis Fire Department and St. Charles County Sheriff's Department in the investigation of the early morning explosion at the Lake St. Louis Electrical Cooperative Sub-station. There were no injuries and no property damage. Evidence from the crime scene will be sent to the ATF National Laboratory Center in Maryland for processing.
