Athena Blockchain Announces Binding Letter of Intent with BlockTower Capital Partners LP Regarding Capital Investment and Advisory Relationship

CHICAGO, Dec. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Athena Blockchain announced today that BlockTower Capital Partners LP has entered into a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) to invest in Athena Blockchain and that its CIO, Ari Paul, is serving as an advisor to the company.

Athena Blockchain entered into a Joint Venture with 303 Alternatives, LLC a FINRA regulated broker dealer, on August 27, 2018, to provide compliant structuring and placement of tokenized securities.

The LOI contains binding terms of a transaction through which BlockTower agrees to become a capital partner of Athena Blockchain and to provide advisory services to Athena Blockchain. BlockTower will make a capital investment in Athena Blockchain for an undisclosed amount. The LOI and its terms are binding, subject to entering into a definitive agreement between the parties containing specific signing and closing terms.
