ATS Corporation Announces New Contract Award Totaling $22.7M for U.S. Architect of the Capitol

MCLEAN, Va., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ATS Corporation ("ATSC" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: ATSC), a leading information technology company that delivers innovative technology solutions to government and commercial organizations, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide comprehensive information technology services to the U.S. Architect of the Capitol ("AOC") with a value of $22.7 million over five years. The Architect of the Capitol is an organization charged by Congress with operation of the U.S. Capitol Complex, including the Capitol building and the Capitol Visitors Center with over 2 million visitors annually.
