In the 2015 Wireless Purchase Experience Full-Service Performance StudySM Volume 1, AT&T outscored other full-service wireless providers for the overall wireless purchase experience. The study looked at the following factors: Store Sales Representative, Website, Facility, Offerings and Promotions, Cost of Service and Phone Sales Representative.**
Over 10,200 U.S. wireless customers participated in the study and the fielding period ranged from July to December 2014.

This award follows AT&T's recent award for "Highest Ranked Customer Service Performance among Full Service Wireless Providers" in the J.D. Power 2015 Wireless Customer Care Full-Service StudySM, Volume 1. That study measures the overall customer service experience across retail stores, online, and call centers. AT&T previously received this award in the second half of 2013 and first half of 2014.***
