Attorney Laura Anthony Talks American Bar Association Business Law Section Fall Meeting

Hundreds of attorneys and federal regulators will gather at the American Bar Association Fall Meeting today in Washington, D.C. The conference will feature 19 committee, 22 subcommittee substantive meetings and 16 CLE programs.

Of particular interest this year is the Federal Regulation of Securities luncheon featuring Professor Roberta Karmel who will provide post-election perspectives on the debate regarding political contributions disclosure and a meeting featuring a dialogue with Keith Higgins, Director of the Division of Corporation Finance related to the newest developments.
