AtWork Group Honors Franchisee Excellence

AtWork Group's convention was intended to honor special accomplishments from the past year and to glean new insights from each other and an impressive assortment of guest speakers and group leaders. Franchise owners from across the United States attended, representing multiple offices in dozens of states.

Jason Leverant, president and COO at AtWork Group, was particularly excited about the "AtWork for You" award, which was awarded to the person who has best exemplified AtWork's mission and core values.

"It's our first year doing this particular award, and we want to continue this each year as an honor to an owner who is doing everything right," he said. "This year we honored Frank Sprinkles and Shannon Throne, two of our most tenured owners, who have truly exemplified our mission and core values, becoming even more engaged than ever before with the system and how it's implemented at their offices in Sedalia and Liberty, Missouri."

Bronze Awards ($1M-2.5M in sales) were presented to 24 franchise owners. Silver Awards ($2.5M-5M) went to 17 owners. Six owners received Gold Awards ($5.5M-7.5M), while two owners were honored with Platinum Awards ($7.5M-10M). The top revenue prize of Chairman's Award ($10M+) went to five owners, located in Visalia, California; Allentown and Reading, Pennsylvania; Jessup, Maryland; and Morristown, Tennessee.

The Morristown, Tennessee franchise owners, David & Marty Luttrell, were recognized as owning the top performing office in the company.

The Rookie of the Year were Gregg Hassler and Moses Rangel, owners in Temecula, California; and Rising Star awards went to Unnati Patel in Orlando, Florida and Mark Delp in Cleveland, Tennessee.

For the conference, AtWork used a theme of "Recruit. Coach. Win." to encourage franchise owners to focus on effective recruitment and retention strategies, focusing on engaging their workforce and coaching them to exceptional performance.
