The 20/20 F&B reporting solution from Agilence will provide Au Bon Pain with a platform for integrating and gleaning insights from point-of-sale data, food cost variance data, and inventory adjustment data, allowing them to improve operational efficiencies, reduce losses, and ensure policy compliance.
