Aurora Capital Partners Acquires Inhance Technologies
LOS ANGELES, July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aurora Capital Partners ("Aurora"), a leading middle-market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Inhance Technologies ("Inhance" or the "Company"), the leading global provider of fluorine-based material technologies, from Arsenal Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Inhance is the world's leading provider of post-mold fluorination solutions and the leading innovator in fluorine-based barrier enhancement and surface activation technology.
