Aushon BioSystems Appoints Bill Williams Vice President of Sales
BILLERICA, Mass., Nov. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Aushon BioSystems today announced that Bill Williams, Ph.D. has been appointed Vice President of Sales, effective immediately. Dr. Williams will report to Martin Verhoef, Chief Executive Officer of Aushon BioSystems.

Bill A. Williams, Ph.D. has 15 years of progressive sales and marketing experience in the life science industry, providing strategic planning and implementation of direct sales prospecting activities and out-bound marketing campaigns. Prior to joining Aushon, he was the founder and owner of life science market research company, Web Prospects, providing global, in-depth prospect analysis for life science tools and service providers where he grew the business to include over 70 client companies with interests spanning the continuum of research and diagnostics. Bill also previously held the position of US National Sales Manager for Ciphergen Biosystems, responsible for a 40-member sales, applications support, and service engineering team. Bill started his sales career as a Technology Sales Consultant for Beckman Coulter. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Angelo State University and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Texas A&M University.
