Author of "McCarthy on Trademarks and Unfair Competition" Celebrates 40 Years with Thomson Reuters

The publication explains trademark law with clear, concise analysis of cases and statutes, and offers how-to guidance for registering trademarks, examination of defenses and analysis of international aspects of trademark law. The institute is named in his honor and he taught at USF for 36 years.
