  Facilitated by a professional or paraprofessional in a support group format, this program is designed to empower caregivers of individuals with ASD across the lifespan and reduce caregiver burden, stress, anxiety, and depression. This program includes a facilitator's guide, participant workbooks, and audiovisual programs for caregivers of young children, school-aged children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults.
