Automotive Parts Distributor Fast Undercar Invests in Business Growth with Epicor Vision Software

Epicor Vision is a powerful enterprise solution that includes world-class customer relationship management (CRM) tools, hosting capability, highly advanced pricing and inventory controls, "central services" functionality, integrated accounting, and other features.

Fast Undercar is a franchise network of replacement parts distribution businesses that provide immediate delivery to thousands of automotive service operations. The network comprises 35 warehouses—27 of which are independently owned—throughout California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The company has relied on Epicor Prism software since 1999.

In addition to mastering the needs of a complex distribution network, the new solution will enable Fast Undercar to drop its third-party accounting package in favor of the Vision solution's integrated accounting program. "Until now we had never found a point-of-sale system that addressed GAAP accounting, but the Vision package is fantastic. It's going to help save us time and money," he added.

The franchisor also for the first time will be able to offer each of its members fast, easy access to Epicor Compass^™ business analytics as well as the advanced inventory modeling capabilities of Epicor Vista industry analytics. The Vista solution helps distributors apply powerful category management practices across each business location.
