The application, called Suhdekartta (or relationship map), is uniquely designed to provide relevant credit ratings and business application information to customers from multiple formats and sources in real time.

Autonomy's solution was the only offering that could provide this service without the need for time-consuming manual tagging of all the information found in Suomen Asiakastieto's database.  IDOL is able to automatically index all the information and render it searchable based on its meaning, thereby transforming Suomen Asiakastieto's database into a real asset for the organization and its customers.
