Avalon and Cleveland-based C:DOX Join Forces

CLEVELAND, Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Avalon, a national provider of eDiscovery, managed services, and traditional litigation support services to law firms and corporations, has announced today that it will team up with C:DOX, a Cleveland-based litigation support and eDiscovery provider.

Through the deal, Avalon will add to its market presence in Cleveland and will retain all C:DOX team members, adding 15 people to the company. All team members will retain their current positions, and C:DOX partners, Marty Bohn and Bob DeStefanis, will remain with the company as Co-managing Partners.

During the transition, the current C:DOX office will continue to be known as C:DOX, now under the Avalon parent name. Both offices will be maintained as they currently operate out of the same building located at 1360 East 9^th Street.

Since their opening in 2005, C:DOX has established a large and loyal client base. Avalon too, has established a sizeable and dedicated client base after entering the Cleveland market only 4 years ago, and shortly after merging with ProFile Discovery's Cleveland location in 2014.

Avalon and C:DOX both strive to meet and exceed customers' expectations, while rising to the challenges, no matter how difficult they may seem. C:DOX's clients will continue to receive the same services, benefits, quality, and customer service that they are accustomed to. C:DOX already offers a variety of eDiscovery and litigation support services, and the merger allows them to provide additional specialty services, such as Relativity hosting, Ipro hosting, cyber security, digital forensics, accident reconstruction, and business document services.
