(NYSE: AVTR), a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services to customers in the life sciences, advanced technologies and applied materials industries, provided preliminary unaudited revenue estimates for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020, in conjunction with proposed debt refinancing transactions.

Preliminary Third Quarter 2020 Unaudited Revenues

• Revenue of $1.60 billion, increasing 6.7%; organic growth of 5.4%.
