AVI-SPL Unveils Video Briefing Centers

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 14, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- AVI-SPL, a leading provider of audio video communications solutions, today announced the grand opening of its first two Video Briefing Centers (VBCs) located in Tampa and Chicago. The Video Briefing Centers have been established to showcase the latest in telepresence and video communications solutions leveraging technology from all industry-leading manufacturers.

The VBCs connect to the network with the latest infrastructure from Cisco / TANDBERG, Polycom and Radvision, and enables users to experience a complete end-to-end solution, from desktop video to immersive telepresence, for each manufacturer. The VBCs are connected to the TEN Exchange, which supports business-to-business connectivity for Cisco's CTS platform as well as other H.323 based systems.
