Award Winning Digital Creative Consultancy BGT to Join PwC US

NEW YORK and MIAMI, Sept. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced its intent to acquire substantially all the assets of BGT, a digital consulting firm with offices in Miami, FL and Chicago, IL.  Combining BGT's digital strategy, analytics, creative, and technology skills with PwC's Advisory business will strengthen PwC's already robust capabilities to help companies create an enhanced experience for its customers. The deal is expected to close in November.
