AXIA Time Unveils Official Timepiece of the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend

Created with input from runners, the personalized Swiss Made timepiece connects the marathon's Greek origins with Philadelphia's history and each finisher's own race

PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- AXIA Time (AXIA), creator of heirloom-quality, Swiss Made timepieces that honor life's defining achievements, today unveiled the Official Timepiece of the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon Weekend. Built on AXIA's 38 mm ENOSI design, the automatic watch was created with input from Philadelphia Marathon Weekend runners to commemorate America's 250th anniversary and the training, commitment, and support behind race day.

The finish line lasts a moment, but everything it takes to reach it stays with a runner: the early mornings, the long runs, the setbacks, and the decision to keep going. Feedback from Philadelphia Marathon Weekend participants helped shape the watch's size, styling, personalization, and gifting experience, creating a timepiece for runners marking their own finish and for the people who shared the journey with them.

The blue dial draws from the Marathon's red, white, and blue identity. The Philadelphia Marathon Weekend logo appears in polished steel at 12 o'clock, while the America250 logo at 6 o'clock marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. "Marathon 490 BC" and "Philadelphia 2026" connect the race's Greek origins with the city where each runner's finish takes place. A red second hand and a Liberty Bell on the crown carry the Philadelphia Marathon Weekend's identity into the watch's smallest details.

The engraved caseback features the race map framed by a Greek key pattern, connecting the origins of the marathon with AXIA's own Greek heritage. Buyers may personalize the engraving with the runner's name, bib number, official finish time, or another short detail meaningful to the race. The Swiss Made timepiece is powered by a Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement and includes a 316L stainless steel bracelet and color-matched rubber strap. The first 250 pieces will be individually numbered.

Visitors can participate in a time-based challenge for prizes, plus recognize runners and their loved ones through a message wall titled "This Finish Is For…" Orders of the first 250 pieces placed before and during the Weekend Expo will include guaranteed holiday delivery.

The Official Timepiece is also available for pre-order at axiatime.com with complimentary personalization and, for a limited time, a walnut display box; runners may submit their official finish time after the race if they choose to include it as part of their engraving.
