"What a weekend.  Our sales office didn't open until 9:30am on Saturday, but we had people getting in line starting at 8pm on Friday.  It's been years since we've seen campers," said Division President, Jill DiDonna. 

Riverstone will be a high-end community with 850 single family homes.  Totaling 640 acres, Riverstone will be made up of nearly 300 acres of preserves and lakes.  Beyond its dramatic entrance with a 40-foot cascading waterfall, Riverstone will feature an indoor sports club, yoga studio and social hall.  The 1,748 to 4,500 air-conditioned square feet homes are priced from the $300's to over $600,000.
