Gartner names Backbase's 'strong UXP vision' and 'mobile support' as key differentiators.

Backbase, the makers of the Backbase Customer Experience Platform, revealed today that the Gartner MarketScope for User Experience Platforms lists Backbase as leading front-runner in the UXP market.

Gartner recommends IT leaders look at user experience platforms for their web and mobile projects: "As they develop web, portal, and mobile strategies, IT leaders should consider offerings from the emerging UXP market.
