NASHVILLE, Tenn., Oct. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Bailey Equipment & Intralogistics recently partnered with Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee to restore a vital piece of training equipment — an aerial lift essential to Goodwill's Construction & Weatherization Training Program. The Bailey team completed the repair at no cost, helping Goodwill expand its free Forklift Safety Training Program and create more opportunities for Tennesseans to build in-demand skills.
When Goodwill's aerial lift was sidelined due to hydraulic and mechanical issues, Bailey's technicians stepped in to perform a full repair, getting the equipment back in service and ready for student training.
"Bailey's donation is a perfect example of how community partners help us change lives through education, training, and employment," said George Carlson, Vice President of Mission Advancement at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee. "It takes many partners to fulfill our mission, and Bailey is a shining example of a business willing to make a meaningful impact."
Goodwill's Forklift Safety Training Program provides OSHA-compliant instruction, hands-on experience, and certification to hundreds of students each year — equipping graduates for careers in Tennessee's growing warehousing, logistics, and construction industries. In 2024 alone, more than 400 participants completed the program.
