NEW YORK, April 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Deep joint infection lawsuits involving the 3M Company's Bair Hugger forced air warming blanket continue to mount in the federal multidistrict litigation now underway in the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. According to an update issued by the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) on April 15th, at least 1,524 cases are now pending in the centralized proceeding, up from 1,343 pending cases in March. Court documents indicate that the Bair Hugger Status Conference scheduled for May 18, 2017 has been cancelled. The next monthly Status Conference will be convened on June 13, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. CST.
