WESTMINSTER, Colo., Sept. 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Ball Corporation (NYSE: BLL) announced today that it priced an underwritten public offering of $850 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2031 (the "Notes"). The offering is expected to close on September 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions and other factors.
Ball Corporation ("Ball") intends to use the net proceeds from this offering of the Notes, together with cash on hand, to redeem its 5.00% Senior Notes due March 2022, with any remaining net proceeds intended to be used for general corporate purposes.
